Curbless wet room with deep blue hexagon tile, a rainfall shower head and brass fixtures

A bathroom is the first room you use each morning and the last one at night, which is reason enough to stop putting it off.

What is Included

Bathroom work is unforgiving. Waterproofing, falls, ventilation and tile setting all have to be right the first time, because the cost of getting them wrong shows up years later behind a wall.

We handle the full scope: relocating plumbing, converting tubs to curbless walk-in showers, building double vanities, upgrading lighting and ventilation, and tiling to a standard that still looks deliberate a decade on. Accessibility work such as grab bars, wider doorways and non-slip flooring can be built in from the start.

1

Showers and wet rooms

Curbless walk-in showers, rainfall heads and full wet-room builds with waterproofing done to standard.

2

Vanities and storage

Double vanities, linen storage and the cabinetry detail that keeps a small bathroom from feeling cramped.

3

Tile and finishes

Floor and wall tile set with deliberate patterning, plus the trim and niche detailing that finishes it.

4

Accessibility upgrades

Grab bars, wider doorways, non-slip flooring and walk-in tubs, designed in rather than added on.

The MUSE Process

Consult, design, build. Every selection is made and every number is agreed before demolition day.

STEP 01

Consult

A complimentary call with a project developer to cover your scope, your priorities and a preliminary budget range.

STEP 02

Design Concept

Measurements, as-built drawings, layout options and 3-D renderings, so you can see the room before anything is ordered.

STEP 03

Specifications

Final selections made with our trade partners, then detailed drawings and an itemised, fixed-price budget.

STEP 04

Build

Materials pre-ordered and stored, then a lead carpenter and project manager run the job with updates through BuilderTrend.

Remodeling without the chaos

Most renovation horror stories come down to a budget that moved and a schedule nobody owned. Our process is built to remove both.

Question? Answered

The things homeowners ask us most, about scope, budget, timelines and what living through a remodel is actually like.

We are a design-build firm handling custom home renovations: kitchen remodels, bathroom transformations, large-scale interior renovations and new construction. Design and construction are both in house, so one team carries your project from the first drawing through the final walkthrough.

It starts with a free consultation covering your ideas and a preliminary budget. From there you work with a MUSE designer in our Concord showroom to choose products and materials, and we finalise the budget against those selections before the build phase begins.

We work with homeowners across the Greater Charlotte area, including Concord, Kannapolis, Davidson, Mooresville, Salisbury, Matthews, Waxhaw and Pineville, along with Lake Wylie, Tega Cay and Fort Mill in South Carolina.

Planning and pre-ordering materials takes roughly five to eight weeks before anyone picks up a tool. On site, a bathroom typically runs eight to ten weeks and a kitchen eight to twelve weeks or more, depending on the scope. You get a schedule before work starts.

Usually not the room being remodelled. Demolition, plumbing and electrical work make a bathroom unusable for most of the project, so plan to use another one. We sequence the work to keep the rest of your home livable and disruption as short as possible.

Call us on (704) 795-4500 or send the contact form and we will schedule a complimentary discovery call to talk through your project and what happens next.
